Horror/sci-fi anthology-style film HeBGB TV is now streaming free with ads on Tubi and on SCREAMBOX if you have a subscription. The Halloween-set film is also available on Blu-ray, DVD, VHS, Signed Blu-ray with Poster or Box set at Scream Team Releasing HeBGB TV Merch store and Lunchmeat VHS.
DIY to its core, HeBGB TV is a spooky, sci-fi story that takes you through the horrors and laughs of cable television. This film is a cacophony of comical commercials, perverse puppets, and monstrous music with a naughty dose of 90s nostalgia.
A multi dimensional cable box installs itself into a neighborhood and slowly, the world. Two siblings discover a mysterious package on their porch and are taken on a wild channel-surfing journey through a world of television mayhem. Welcomed by their new friend, The Purple Guy, this brother and sister find themselves standing up to the box’s algorithm to protect their minds.

Mausoleum Man (Official VHS Visualizer Music Video). You fell in love with 6 seconds of it in the hit film HeBGB TV, now enjoy the full song!:
Jack-O's review: "Minimal story about 2 kids flipping through various cable TV channels. Features a bunch of short and not so short ads/commercials/cartoons/news/music/puppets/skits inspired by 1990's Halloween/Nickelodeon/Sesame Street kids programing/idents. Made for people with short attention spans as the filmmakers explain in the interview videos above. I tried watching three times already and I fell asleep on and off throughout the whole film every time. I liked what I saw when I was awake ★★★! Good!" @trickhorrortreater

"HeBGB TV is a high-camp blend of the wistful glow of WNUF Halloween Special, the uninhibited hyperactivity of Rick and Morty‘s “Interdimensional Cable” episodes, and the absurd unpredictability of Adult Swim’s Too Many Cooks. Like those efforts, HeBGB TV is destined for cult status. Genre fans who grew up in the ’90s on a healthy diet of Goosebumps, Pee Wee’s Playhouse, and Saturday morning cartoons will be delighted by the rush of nostalgia from another dimension." ★★★★ Bloody-Disgusting.com
"HeBGB TV is a wild cavalcade of ideas. The creativity on display from brief commercials to longer segments is non-stop. Absurd, funny…and a perfect spooky season watch. It feels like you are flipping channels through someone’s fever dream. From segments that last seconds to one purposely longer story...HeBGB TV never loses its tone. Pure fun from start to finish." ★★★★ ScareValue.com
"It’s style feels plucked out of the 1990s VHS era, with its eye-popping colours and over-the-top performances a real assault on the senses...a series of twisted short stories...The tropes of television and its addictive nature are given a horror spin, with channels such as QVC and reality TV in general in the firing line. The closest comparison I can find is 1986’s Terrorvision, with hints of IT..." Bloody-Flicks.co.uk
"PatchTown Films genuinely knows what made cable television so appealing in its heyday and successfully lampoons it with HeBGB TV. The film truly feels like channel surfing through the absolute worst (or best) that cable had to offer back in the early to mid-2000s. Between the filmmakers’ dedication to mixing mediums, absurd humor, and the incredibly pointed jabs at the insanity of what cable television was, it’s a wild and gross ride." Film-Cred.com
"HeBGB TV has enough gore, monsters, disturbing scenarios, eerie lighting, and psychotronic horror music to keep horror hounds happy; and the musical numbers and a prevalent sense of whimsy round out the micro-budgeted production with enough charm to match the passion of the imaginative filmmakers at its helm. Scream Team Releasing’s treatment of HeBGB TV is every bit as charming as the film itself." VentsMagazine.com
"There isn't much of a plot, as the film is very much a stream of consciousness setup. We are essentially watching the HeBGB TV, so there’s news, food commercials, animation, puppets, toy commercials, MTV, The Home Shopping Network, and so much more...as if you don’t find what’s on screen funny, give it 2 minutes and they will have a commercial that’s so funny you laugh out loud. It’s funny. It’s quirky. It’s weird. It’s obviously a labor of love. But, most importantly, it’s fun." Rating 6.5/10 TheHorrorSyndicate.com
