Founders Day is currently streaming free with ads on Tubi, Roku and Plex and Pluto. The satirical political slasher whodunnit was originally released in theaters on January 19, 2024.
SYNOPSIS: A small town is shaken by a series of ominous killings in the days leading up to a heated mayoral election. As accusations fly and the threat of a masked killer darkens every street corner, the residents must race to uncover the truth before fear consumes the town.
Directed by Erik Bloomquist, screenplay by Erik Bloomquist & Carson Bloomquist, and starring Naomi Grace, Devin Druid, William Russ, Amy Hargreaves, Catherine Curtin, Emilia McCarthy and Olivia Nikkanen.

"Opening scenes take place around Halloween, you see jack 'o lanterns, pumpkins, decorations and fall leaves throughout. Very much looks like Scream, Thanksgiving and The Purge, but with bad dialogue/acting and just not as good.
