From Bloody Disgusting I hope it's really happening this time. During a Beyond Fest screening of his Halloween horror anthology film Trick ‘r Treat (2007), Michael Dougherty announced he is working with Legendary on the planned sequel Trick ‘r Treat 2, and though he made sure to mention that the movie isn’t greenlit, it is in “very active development.” Twitter embeds below:
We can finally share the news! @Mike_Dougherty announced tonight that he’s in “active development” with @Legendary on the sequel for TRICK ‘R TREAT and that everyone wants it to happen. Get ready for more from Sam. #trickrtreat @trickrtreat @am_cinematheque pic.twitter.com/9BNEC13ZTg

Is there an email address where you can be reached for press releases Jack-O?
ReplyDeleteSuper exciting news! I am seeing Trick 'r Treat on the big screen for the first time this week with my wife. She isn't a fan of horror, but something about this movie she loves, as do I, so we are excited. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's great. I plan on seeing it with my sister. She isn't a horror fan either but hopefully she won't be too freaked out by the movie, lol.
