The Halloween night when Michael Myers returned isn’t over yet. Universal Pictures has debuted the final trailer for David Gordon Green’s highly-anticipated horror sequel Halloween Kills. The sequel to 2018's Halloween is directed by David Gordon Green from a screenplay he co-wrote with Scott Teems, Danny McBride.
Starring original final girl Jamie Lee Curtis as she reprises her iconic role as Laurie Strode. Joining Curtis are Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, Thomas Mann, Dylan Arnold, Robert Longstreet and Anthony Michael Hall as Tommy Doyle. It will also feature the return of franchise alums Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion Chambers, and Charles Cyphers as Sheriff Leigh Brackett. Can't wait to watch on Peacock.
SYNOPSIS: Minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie’s basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor.
But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie’s trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.
Looks great! So excited to see it for the first time, then to watch over and over. :)

ReplyDeleteLook like a lot great bands that I like. I'll try to listen this week or more likely next week. I let you know what I think.
DeleteI listened while I typed this. The Old Gray Goose sounds like Bruce Campbell with a Boston accent to me idk why. Good song by Tim Curry. I love Ghostbusters 2 and Run DMC's rap. Very 80's music vibes from Transylvania 6-500 and The Beast Inside is very 80's hair metal sounding. I like the rock versions of Somebody's Watching Me, Thriller and Purple People Eater covers, and punk versions of Science Fiction Double Feature and Werewolves of London covers. The live version of The Man Behind the Mask by Alice Cooper is better than the studio version imo, the live version sounds more rock with heavier guitars. Synthwave songs by VHS Glitch and Sam Haynes were good. Great cover of the Munters theme. My favorite songs on the list are by: Wednesday 13, Shadow Windhawk and the Morticians, Bloody Hammers, Rezurex, The Misfits and I wish The Offspring would record a higher quality studio version of that demo. My new favorite bands/songs on the list I haven't heard before are BZFOS's Trick or Treat, Witching Hour's Hallowe'en and Rebel Flesh's Halloween Doll. Awesome playlist again this year, thanks for sharing.
